Terms & Conditions
Effective date: September 8, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of this website and the towing and roadside assistance services provided by Jetz Auto Group. Jetz Auto Group is a DBA (doing business as) of Jetz Auto Group LLC, a California limited liability company. In these Terms, "Jetz Auto Group," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jetz Auto Group LLC and its DBA, Jetz Auto Group. "You" refers to any person who uses this website or requests our services.
By calling us to request service, or by using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or request our services.
1. Our Services
Jetz Auto Group provides light and medium duty towing, roadside assistance, tire changes, jumpstarts, classic car towing, and related vehicle transport services in the Greater Sacramento area. Service availability, response times, and the equipment used depend on your location, weather, traffic, road conditions, and operator availability. Any arrival estimate we give is a good-faith estimate, not a guarantee.
2. Requesting Service
Service is requested by phone at 916-628-8646. This website does not offer online booking or contact forms. When you call, you agree to provide accurate information about your location, your vehicle, the nature of the problem, and the destination for any tow. We may refuse or cancel a request if the information provided is inaccurate, if the job cannot be performed safely, or if the request appears to be fraudulent.
3. Authorization to Tow or Service the Vehicle
By requesting service, you represent that you are the registered owner of the vehicle, or that you have the owner's authorization to arrange towing or roadside service for it. You agree to indemnify Jetz Auto Group against any claim arising from a service request you were not authorized to make.
4. Pricing and Payment
- We provide a price quote by phone before dispatching a truck. The quote is based on the information you give us. If conditions on site differ materially from what was described (for example, a vehicle that is off the roadway, in a parking structure, missing wheels, or requiring winching or special recovery), the price may be adjusted, and we will explain any change before proceeding whenever practical.
- Payment is due in full when the service is completed, or when the vehicle is released at its destination, unless we have agreed to other arrangements in advance.
- We accept the payment methods stated at the time of service. Returned payments and chargebacks may be subject to additional fees and collection costs.
- If your motor club, insurer, or other third party is covering the service, you remain responsible for any amount that party does not pay.
5. Cancellations and No-Shows
You may cancel a request at no charge before a truck is dispatched. Once an operator has been dispatched, a cancellation fee may apply to cover time and mileage. If our operator arrives and cannot locate you or the vehicle, or you are not present to authorize the work, we may charge a dry-run fee.
6. Your Responsibilities
- Remove or secure valuables and personal items before the vehicle is loaded. We are not responsible for personal property left inside a vehicle.
- Tell us about any known damage, modifications, low ground clearance, all-wheel drive, or other conditions that affect how the vehicle must be handled.
- Stay a safe distance from traffic and from the tow truck while our operator works.
- Provide accurate delivery instructions and make sure the destination can accept the vehicle. Additional charges may apply if the destination is closed, inaccessible, or refuses delivery.
7. Vehicle Condition and Liability
Our operators use professional equipment and reasonable care when loading, transporting, and unloading vehicles. Please inspect your vehicle with the operator before it is loaded and again on delivery. Any claim of damage must be reported to us before the operator leaves the delivery site or within 24 hours of delivery at the latest. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear, mechanical failures unrelated to our handling, damage resulting from inaccurate information you provided, or damage that could not be avoided when recovering a vehicle from an accident scene, ditch, or other hazardous position.
8. Roadside Services
Jumpstarts, tire changes, lockouts, and fuel delivery are performed as a convenience to get you moving. They are not a substitute for repair or inspection by a qualified mechanic. A jumpstart may not resolve an underlying battery or charging problem, and a spare tire is a temporary solution. You are responsible for any follow-up repairs. Lockout service may not be possible on every vehicle, and you must provide proof of ownership or authorization on request.
9. Storage
If a vehicle is held at our yard or another location at your request, or because a destination cannot accept it, daily storage fees may apply from the day of arrival. Vehicles will be released only to the registered owner or an authorized person with valid identification, upon payment of all charges.

12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by California law, Jetz Auto Group LLC, its members, employees, and operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost time, lost income, or alternative transportation costs, arising from our services or your use of this website. Our total liability for any claim related to a service will not exceed the amount you paid for that service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Jetz Auto Group LLC and its DBA, Jetz Auto Group, from any claims, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising from your breach of these Terms, inaccurate information you provided, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of this website or our services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
16. Severability and Entire Agreement
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any written quote or invoice we provide, make up the entire agreement between you and Jetz Auto Group regarding the services described here.
